1. About Radio
Radio is a Discord Activity for discovering internet radio stations, listening with friends, and using related features such as favorites, custom stations, track information, and lyrics where available. These terms apply to the Radio website and Activity, operated by Radio by realmajed. They describe the conditions for using Radio. Discord’s own terms also apply when you use its platform.
2. Independent radio streams
Radio helps you discover stations and obtain their stream links. For normal playback, Radio redirects your player to the station’s stream; your client then connects to the station host. Radio does not host or rebroadcast those station audio streams. A station operator can see information associated with your connection, such as your IP address, and controls its own broadcast, content, availability, and stream terms.
Station names, artwork, links, and metadata may come from station operators, public directories, or users. A listing does not mean Radio owns, licenses, endorses, or has verified the station or its broadcasts. Radio may make separate requests to stations or other services to check availability or obtain metadata.
3. Rights and station removal requests
Station owners and authorised representatives can ask us to remove or disable a station listing within Radio. Email hello@realmajed.com with the station name, stream URL or Radio link, your relationship to the station, and the reason for the request. We will review a verified request and take reasonable steps to remove or disable the listing within Radio. We may ask for information needed to verify authority.
Removing a listing from Radio does not remove a stream from its host, Discord, or a separate public directory. For rights concerns about audio broadcast by a station, you may also need to contact the station operator. You can use the same email to report inaccurate metadata, infringement, or another concern about a listing.
4. Your use of Radio
Use Radio lawfully and respect the rights of station operators, artists, lyric owners, other users, and service providers. If you add or share a custom station, you are responsible for having the rights or permission needed to do so and for the information you submit. Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, or submit harmful or misleading links. We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably needed to protect the service or others.
5. Lyrics and other third-party material
Lyrics, when available, are provided by SpicyLyrics. Lyrics, artwork, station streams, and other third-party material remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Radio does not grant you rights to copy, redistribute, or commercially use that material. Availability, timing, and accuracy can vary.
6. Availability and changes
Radio and individual stations may be interrupted, unavailable, changed, or removed. We may change or discontinue features and update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you do not agree with an updated version, stop using Radio.
7. Responsibility and limits
To the extent permitted by law, Radio is provided without a promise that every stream, listing, lyric, or feature will be available, accurate, safe, or uninterrupted. Radio by realmajed is not responsible for content, outages, licensing, data practices, or other acts of independent station operators and third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for losses arising from your use of those independent services or from interruptions to Radio.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right, consumer guarantee, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Direct connection to a station stream does not remove any responsibility Radio may have under applicable law for its own conduct.
